To ensure timely jersey arrival, ALL registration forms and fees must be received by APRIL 16, 2017.

2017 costs:

• Fulltime Player: $85.00 ($87.50 via PayPal)
• Non-Playing Coaches $35.00 ($37.50 via PayPal)
• Spare: $5.00/game (Payable at each game)
